Cardboard Palm

A tough cycad (Zamia furfuracea) with stiff, rounded leaflets that feel like cardboard, forming a low symmetrical rosette 3 to 4 feet wide. Very drought tolerant and salt tolerant, it works in full sun or shade for foundation beds, coastal gardens, and containers.
