Where a job is the same from one Cape Coral yard to the next, the rate is published and you can do the math yourself: lawn maintenance from $120 a month, sod at $1 per square foot installed plus $0.50 per square foot to remove the old grass, pavers at $8 per square foot, mulch by the yard, and hedge plants delivered and planted at $25 for a 3 gallon and $50 for a 7 gallon.
Where the job depends on what is already in the ground (irrigation, palm and tree trimming, association grounds) we quote it after a walk-through, in writing, before anything starts. Plant orders carry a $500 minimum job. Landscape contractors and property managers get a 10% trade discount. Builders and general contractors send the plan set and get a per-lot proposal.
Every plant we put in the ground carries a 30-day warranty on planted material with working irrigation, which is why irrigation gets checked on every planting and sod job.
