Every palm, hedge plant and tree our crew plants is covered for 30 days. One condition: the irrigation is running. Claim it by text with a photo.

The condition
Working irrigation. Daily water for two weeks, every other day after. A drip line per plant is on every quote.

Text a photo, your name and address to (239) 799-5594 within 30 days. Same-day answer.
What planted means
The planted price on every product page includes the plant, delivery, the hole dug to the right depth, setting and staking as needed, backfill, water-in and clean-up. Planted material is a real-property improvement in Florida, so there is no sales tax line. Delivery is included inside Cape Coral; elsewhere a trip charge is shown on your quote.
What does the Planted-Right guarantee cover?+
Any plant our crew planted that fails within 30 days of planting, when the irrigation has been running. We replace the plant and plant it again at no charge.
What is the one condition?+
Working irrigation. New plants need water every day for the first two weeks and every other day after that. If the zone was off, broken, or never installed, the guarantee does not apply, which is why every quote offers a drip line per plant.
Does it cover delivered-only plants?+
No. Delivered-only plants are Florida Grade #1 stock in good condition when they leave the truck; how they are planted and watered after that is out of our hands. Planting by our crew is what the guarantee is attached to.
How do I claim it?+
Text a photo of the plant to (239) 799-5594 with your name and address within the 30 days. We look at it the same day and schedule the replacement.
What is not covered?+
Freeze, flood, hurricane or storm damage, damage from pets, mowers or trimmers, plants moved after we set them, and plants where the irrigation was not running.
