Nothing we plant survives a Southwest Florida dry season without water, which is why our 30-day warranty on planted material requires working irrigation. It is also why irrigation is the first thing we check on every sod and planting job. A zone that looks fine from the sidewalk may have a cracked head under the hedge, a stuck valve, a controller still set for last year, or a well pump that has lost pressure. Cape Coral homes on the city irrigation system, well-fed systems in North Fort Myers and Lehigh Acres, and reclaimed-water systems in Fort Myers and Estero each fail in their own ways.
We handle the repairs and adjustments that keep a residential system doing its job: replacing broken heads and risers, fixing leaks, clearing clogged nozzles, adjusting spray patterns so the water hits the lawn instead of the street, repairing or replacing valves, and reprogramming controllers to your city watering days. For planted beds and hedges we convert overhead spray to drip or bubblers, which puts water at the root ball where it matters and keeps it off foliage that does not want it.
Florida law requires a working rain sensor on automatic systems, and most of the sensors we find are dead. We test yours, replace it when it has failed, and set the controller so you are not watering during an August downpour. Larger jobs such as new pump installs, new full-yard systems and well work bring in a licensed irrigation partner we have worked with for years.

How pricing works
Irrigation is quoted per visit or per system after a walk-through, because a Cape Coral yard with three dead heads and a Fort Myers system with a bad pump and a fried controller are different jobs. Tell us what you are seeing (dry spots, a zone that never comes on, water running down the street, a controller you cannot figure out) and Quinten will text you a price for the visit and the likely repairs. Anything we find beyond that is approved by you before it is done.
Irrigation checks and repairs that are part of a sod or planting job are priced with that job. Drip conversion for a new hedge or bed is usually quoted per zone. Property managers and landscape contractors get the 10% trade discount.

Why does your plant warranty require working irrigation?+
Because in our sand a newly planted hedge or palm can dry out in a day during the dry season, and no plant survives that. The 30-day warranty on planted material covers the plant when it is watered as directed by a system that reaches it; we check the zone before we plant so there are no surprises.
Can you fix just one zone or a couple of heads?+
Yes. Small repairs are the bulk of what we do: a few broken heads, a stuck valve, a controller reset. We quote the visit and the parts, and if we find something bigger while we are there you approve it before we touch it.
Do you install new irrigation systems?+
Full new systems, pump replacements and well work go through a licensed irrigation partner we have worked with for years, coordinated by us so you still have one point of contact. Repairs, zone adjustments, drip conversion and controller programming we handle directly.
What are the watering rules in Cape Coral and Lee County?+
Cape Coral and the county assign watering days by address and restrict daytime watering, and the schedules change between wet and dry season. Part of every irrigation visit is setting your controller to the current schedule and confirming the rain sensor works, which Florida law requires on automatic systems.
