Southwest Florida grass does not take a season off. St. Augustine (Floratam) and Bahia lawns in Cape Coral and Fort Myers grow hard from May through October, when afternoon rain and 90 degree heat can push a lawn past mowing height in five or six days. From November through April growth slows, the ground dries out, and the job shifts from cutting to keeping edges sharp and beds clean. A maintenance plan that ignores that swing either scalps your lawn in summer or charges you for cuts you do not need in winter. Ours does not.
Every visit is the full service: mow at the right height for your grass type (St. Augustine stays tall, three and a half to four inches, so it shades out weeds and survives the dry season), string-trim around beds, trees and fence lines, edge the driveway, sidewalk and curb, and blow clippings off every hard surface, the pool cage and the lanai. We bag or mulch clippings depending on the lawn, never blow them into the street or down the storm drain, and we sharpen blades often so the grass is cut, not torn.
The crew that shows up is our crew. No subcontracted route, no rotating faces. If something is off you text Quinten and it gets handled the same day. That is what owner-operated means here.

How pricing works
Lawn maintenance starts at $120 a month for a typical Cape Coral or Fort Myers lot on a seasonal schedule (weekly in summer, every other week in winter). Larger lots, corner lots with a lot of curb to edge, heavy tree rings, and properties that want weekly service twelve months a year price above that. We look at the property on a map or in person, tell you the monthly number in writing, and that is the number.
Billing is monthly and flat, so a five-cut July and a two-cut January cost the same. There is no long contract; if the work is not right you can stop. Hedge trimming, weeding, mulch and palm trimming are quoted separately and added to the visit when you want them. Lawn Maintenance FAQ
How often will you mow my lawn in Cape Coral?+
Weekly from roughly May through October, when St. Augustine and Bahia grass grow fastest, and every other week from November through April when growth slows. If you want weekly service all year we can do that too; it just prices a little higher.
Do you fertilize or treat for pests?+
Our maintenance plan covers mowing, edging, trimming and blowing. Fertilizer and pest treatment are separate, and Lee County has a rainy-season fertilizer restriction from June 1 through September 30 that we follow. Ask and we will point you to the right schedule or handle it as an add-on where allowed.
What if it rains on my mowing day?+
Summer afternoons rain almost daily here, so we mow early and work around it. If a storm pushes us off, you get a text and we come the next dry day. Mowing soaked St. Augustine leaves ruts and clumps, so we would rather be a day late than damage the lawn.
Is there a contract?+
No long-term contract. You get a written monthly price, we show up on schedule, and you can cancel with notice if it is not working. Most people stay because the lawn looks right and the same crew shows up every time.
