Builders in Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres and North Fort Myers do not need a landscaper who shows up when he can. They need the lot sodded, irrigated and planted to the approved plan in the window between final grade and the landscape inspection, so the certificate of occupancy is not the thing holding up a closing. That is the job we set up for: per-model plant packages priced once, material staged from our own nursery so the plan's trees and shrubs are actually available when the lot is ready, and a crew that hits the schedule your superintendent sets.
We install the whole landscape scope: final grade touch-up, irrigation to the plan or to code with a rain sensor, sod (Floratam, Bahia or the spec on the plan), the code-required trees, foundation plantings and hedges from the plan, mulch or rock, and a walk-through so the lot passes its landscape inspection the first time. Because the plant material comes from Florida Palm and Plant Co., substitutions are ours to solve, not yours to chase.
We price per lot, per model, off the plan set. Send the landscape plans (and the irrigation plan if there is one), tell us which models and how many starts you have coming, and you get a per-lot proposal with the plant list, sizes and scope spelled out. We do not publish builder pricing on this site and we do not quote from a phone call; the plan set is where every number starts.

How pricing works
Builder and general contractor work is priced from the plan set, per lot and per model, and we do not publish those numbers here. Send the landscape plan (PDF is fine), the irrigation plan if you have one, the models you are building and your start schedule, and you get a written per-lot proposal that lists the plant material by size and count, the sod square footage, the irrigation scope and any grading. Options such as upgraded trees, larger hedge material or paver walks are shown as separate lines so you can offer them to buyers.
Material comes from our own nursery, so availability and substitutions are handled on our side and confirmed with you before install. Invoicing follows your draw or per-lot schedule. Once a model is priced, every start of that model runs at the same number until the plan or the spec changes.

How do you price new construction landscaping?+
From the plan set, per lot and per model. Send the landscape and irrigation plans plus the models and number of starts, and you get a written per-lot proposal with plant material by size and count, sod square footage and irrigation scope. We do not publish builder pricing and we do not quote without the plans.
Can you meet our start schedule?+
That is the point of the setup. Models are priced once, material is staged from our own nursery, and installs are scheduled with your superintendent in the window between final grade and the landscape inspection. You get a text confirmation for each start.
Do you handle the irrigation too?+
Yes. Irrigation is installed to the plan or to code, including the controller and the rain sensor Florida requires, and every zone is run before sod goes down. On lots with an existing well or a city irrigation connection we tie into what is there.
What if a plant on the plan is not available?+
Because the material comes from Florida Palm and Plant Co., substitutions are our problem to solve. We propose an equal or better substitute in the same size class, confirm it with you (and the plan reviewer when required) before install, and note it on the closeout.
